Dynamics 365 Sales Professional
This license provides core sales force automation (SFA) and Microsoft 365 integration for organizations with simple sales processes.
Sales Professional is $65 USD per user, per month
Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
Sales Enterprise is perfect for organizations with more complex sales processes. In addition to all the features and capabilities of Sales Professional, this license includes customization, extensibility, embedded intelligence, and manual forecasting. Now, it also includes limited capacity of AI features.
Customers with this license are automatically entitled to 2,000 Customer Voice responses per tenant, per month, with the possibility to buy additional response packs.
This license also comes with some Sales Premium features, such as Conversation Intelligence, Sales Accelerator and Lead & Opportunity scoring, assistant cards, email engagement, among others.
Sales Enterprise is $95 USD per user, per month
Dynamics 365 Sales Premium
Sales Premium includes all the Sales Enterprises capabilities, while accelerating engagement and decision-making with prebuilt and embedded business insights. This license also takes the Sales Enterprise feature permissions and Sales Insights automation, as well as AI offerings.
Sales Premium is $135 USD per user, per month
Each of the Sales option is licensed per user. Sales Enterprise may also be licensed per device.
