On October 12th, 2022, Microsoft announced licensing and pricing details for Power Pages (PP), the newest addition to the Power Platform family. Formerly known as Power Apps portals, PP is a standalone product with two license types: authenticated and anonymous users. This product is now available to purchase (since November 1st, 2022), through prepaid subscription plans and pay-as-you-go plans.
Pre-paid subscription plans
- Power Pages authenticated users per website (100 users per site per month) – Priced at $200 with two additional volume tiers. Each subscription plan includes:
- 2GBs of Dataverse Database storage
- 16GBs of Dataverse File storage that accrues to the tenant
- Power Pages anonymous users per website (500 users per site per month) – Priced at $75 with two additional volume tiers. Each subscription plan includes:
- 500MBs of Dataverse Database storage
- 4GBs of Databerse File storage that accrues to the tenant
Pay-as-you-go plans
- Power Pages authenticated user per website – Priced at $4 per user.
- Power Pages anonymous users per website – Priced at $00.30 per user.
Both authenticated and anonymous users are metered only when a user accesses a website in a calendar month. This makes it easier to deploy websites to broad audiences without assigning licenses to individual users monthly.
For existing Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Enterprise customers
- You can continue to leverage Power App portals through your internal use entitlements and continue to access PP websites.
- Existing and inflight customers will have a transition period through March 31st, 2023, to purchase Power Apps portals or Power Pages licenses.
- After April 1st, 2023, new and renewing customers will use the new plans to purchase.
- All the new features of Power Pages are automatically available to all existing Power Apps portals customers, without the need for a migration.
